Is your question about a tablet computer that is good for graphics, if so you will get totally different response as it is another device all together. The responses your are getting refer to Graphic tablets " wacom" in particular as they are the best on the market at the moment.

It doesn't seem to work for matching dual monitors, I have two ViewSonics A90f+ and A91f+ the newer A91f+ seems impossible to get the colours right it was my newer one and I had to change it to my secondary as the colour was too different when I printed my work however the A90 always printed very close to true.

Tom you can map the tablet to the ratio aspect of the two monitors it just reduces the tablet active size on the monitors, until I got my 6 X 11 I did that and used the other third of the second monitor for other stuff and the mouse on it.

If you work with dual monitors or have a real large one with the new wide display you might like the 6 X 11, I have the Intous 3, 6 X 11 and love it and the default map fits both monitors perfectly allowing me to use one as the canvas and the other for pallets ( Painter, PSP, & PS) with no distortion to the proportion ratio.
But , my earlier version were the small one and they were just great, so I get the one I could afford and had room on my desk for, on the Wacom site there is a quiz to help you select the one that would work best for your situation.

This article from Techworld.com seems to expand on the problems this will cause for some rather important medical apps:
"Vista has another playback quality reduction measure. It requires that 'any interface that provides high-quality output degrade the signal quality that passes through it if premium content is present. This is done through a "constrictor" that downgrades the signal to a much lower-quality one, then up-scales it again back to the original spec, but with a significant loss in quality.' If this happens with a medical imaging application then artifacts introduced by the constrictor can 'cause mis-diagnoses and in extreme cases even become life-threatening."

Bristle expression is connected to brush size the larger the brush the more bristles, but since I don't use PS I'm not sure how you set the brush for bristle expression in Painter there is a 'feature' setting that helps define bristle expression.

The nib / tablet size has no relationship to the brush size, the brush size is software adjusted.

If you have dual monitors the 6" X 11" is sweet! I got it last winter with my tax return, it is a joy to work on.

Elvira is my black persian and I have used her as my avatar an on line name in various forums where I do have to use my actual nickname.
