I just find the attitude from Photoshop saying"just reload PS" a "give-a-damn" attitude, out of character. Never expected it from what I thought was a "Top Notch Professional Organization". I now see that this attitude has infected even the BEST. I'm glad I have Paint Shop Pro as an alternative. It's not the Lexus of the bunch but a Camary is fine for what I do.

PS does for the directory than say "can't find it". Directory structure is C:ProgramAdobePhotoshop 7.0 ps701up(7.01 update)is located in Photoshop 7.0

From what I've read on Adobe forum I'm not the only one having the same problem. Error message I get(and other's)"Can't find PhotoShop directory". Adobe's answer to this is to reload PS.......yea sure!
