I remarked the "Last Week in the Gallery" only a few weeks ago and was very surprised about this "feature". I searched through the forum for all "Last Weeks". Thx a lot for this great feature!!! Waiting for it every week is like hoping the postman has just arrived with the newspaper early in the morning. I just wonder how much work it is for you! Many greats from Austria, Ikarius.

I think most is said, I only want to post my personal settings I use. Of course it depends on the picture, but: Strength between 80 to 100% Radius between 0.3 and 1 Clipping: I use this feature very rarely. Important notice: Always use unsharp mask when you shrinked a picture. And my personal comment: It's better to have a blurry image than an oversharped one. Greats, Ikarius.

Thanks for your replies. Fortunately you have a liberal view of life. Well, yes, you are right, there couldn't be anything wrong with taking pictures of statuettes or details of gravestones. Yesterday, when I have sent my posting, I wanted to add something: I, for my person, wouldn't like to see the grave of my relatives in this gallery or forum. So what's valid for me, should be valid for anyone else. Ok, in the next days, when spring defeats winter, I will do a sequence in a very large and known cemetery of europe. Greets, Ikarius.

Oh yes, now I understand! You are totally right, it should not be centered. Before posting I sat in front of the screen and there was no doubt to put it in center. You have opened my eyes. Not everything, that is important, has to be in center. Perhaps it is more important, because it is NOT in center. I did the postwork of this shot a long time ago.
