I think it is very original and attractive. I think it depends on which market you would be trying to sell to. For Poser I am discovering that the artists seem to want lots of places that they can pose their characters in. So you might have to include some extra places where they could put the characters other than the front door area. Poser is absolutely the biggest market here as I'm sure you know :) I'm interested in seeing your game when it comes out -especially if the rest of the architecture is like you tower -what style will it be? (adventure, role-playing??) Jacqueline

We got it straightened out! Someone suggested we use the Grouping Tool inside Poser and that worked great. We've also got UVMapper and are looking into that. We're still experimenting in C4D to resolve it there, but it's awkward to do there since it displays perfectly in C4D. Other objects from other 3d apps. also display funny in Poser, looks like the problem might be there somewhere...

evr, thanks for the help! Which software are you using to convert from TS to OBJ? We have Macs and PCs so maybe we could find something inexpensive that could do the trick, maybe taking 3DS files and converting them to Poser acceptable OBJ...

Thanks for taking the time to repost that link and the new info, mac! I think that I am figuring it all out -not too complicated, just a lot of fiddly things to remember :) I use Cinema 4D and Strata 3Dpro as well -Poser is a strange one for sure -but at least it opens the door for actually adding some characters into scenes without all the modelling involved in making your own...
