Quote - Poser Pro 2014 - use sag morph brush.
Can't afford it. I could just barely afford P9 when it went on sale. Maybe someone will give it to me as a birthday present. :-D

Quote - Finally, a figure with breast shapers defined by cup size, that is great to see.
This is unique, to be sure. It will be interesting to see if someone adds aging morphs etc.

Quote - Is it the 9th yet? =0
It's actually twice the 9th (the 18th) but not the right month. Darn it!

Well, maybe that won't happen! And don't tempt me to break the rules. ;-) I'm trying to turn over a new leaf, and hide all my bad qualities UNDER the leaf.
I'd have to turn over an entire forest and I haven't found one large enough. :-D

Music! Yeah, I remember him. :-) I don't know how he's doing...I haven't heard from him in a long time but I hope he's well.
He's one of the good guys ("guys" being generic rather than gender specific)
Quote - > Quote - Oooh, cool! I love your work!
Thank you. :-) I've slowed down a lot in the past years...real life can be a bear. But I DO love to model antique things. Thank you for the nice comment.
Bear, maybe. Another b-word with a pile of TOS-violating adjectives in front of it, definitely especially of late. The folks who know about my daughter know what I mean.

Ya know, if you look back thru fashion history, it all just sort of repeats itself. Bodice styles are revived, as are skirt styles...just given a different flair. Look how the crinoline was sort of like the wide dresses of the Elizabethan era. :-) It's fun to hop and skip thru time and find commonalities in fashion. THEN model them. ;-)
Ah, yes ... the "double-wide" dresses. ;-)
Tagretting specific periods of interest would come to the 1930s for Parkview (from my Andromeda kinda sorta novel elsewhere), 1953-1963 for elements of my own history and modern era in both normal streetwear and ... hmmm ... I don't know what to call it but examples would be EI's Night Slayer series and Raiver for V4 & the Genesis set derived from it for some other work that is a bit ... ummm ... extreme.

Thank you, again. :-) I'm glad some folks are willing to claim me!
Well, yeah. It's 'cuz you're cute & cuddly. ;-)
Quote - Music...brings back memories of the good old days. :-)
Yeah. Apparently the real world got to be an issue that's taking more of his time than it had been before. I hate when that happens.
Quote - I take it everyone's gone to HiveWire, so I hope I can remember my password.
Not yet. But I'll get there someday.
Hmmm ... wonder how long it'll take me to get bounced ... ;-)

Quote - Perhaps we could have some Dawn Sci Fi as well???
Okay, now those shades are cool for science fiction or any of several possibilities. With some slightly different shaders they could easily become steampunk. :-)

Quote - I read their FAQ/Forum rules, so I wouldn't break any.
Come now, Jan. What fun is that? It's not breaking the rules that causes issues but how they're broken. Skirting the edges can be a barrel of laughs done right. :-D

Quote - PENNSIC!!!
As a former citizen of the Debatable Lands, I feel that should be said with significantly more reverence and awe.

Common element is music2u4u. Which reminds me, how's he doing?
Quote - As for interest...mine isn't flagging. I'm SO glad to see Dawn. I hope I can contribute to her period-style wardrobe. :-) And REALLY looking forward to seeing the characters created for her. Character junkie here.
Oooh, cool! I love your work!

Quote - Okay, why did you have to have a discussion about goth style while I was asleep? LOL
Because we could? :-)
Quote - Pleasure is a goal, but not to be forcefully taken:
Not being forceful doesn't do much to get the little white ball moving. One's got to smack that sucker a good one to get its butt in gear. :-)
Quote - they tend to be respectful towards others.
Are they the ones who use PLUR (peace, love, understanding & respect) as their beliefs or is it another group?

Quote - Looking for Goth Geisha ... pretty!
I downloaded all three pics to play with a bit. Combined with a Gothic GoGo, I could have a bit of fun with this. As mentioned, I'm getting ideas. :-)

Quote - How about a gothic GoGo from Kill Bill Vol. 01?
Oh, now that would be just downright cool, especially if one leaves the homicidal psychopath part intact. Ideas are forming ... :-)

Quote - The Goths I know are in for the beauty of the style ...
I can believe it. I would love to find a project where they wouldn't be out of place since I do rather like the style.
Quote - Curiosity: wouldn't Asians look more "Geisha" with white makeup?
With the white base by itself, yes, but when adding the black makeup over it, it becomes something else that is neither Geisha nor Goth yet is both. Also, the hair styles are much different. Properly, a Geisha's is more formal with several set styles indicating rank and status. Goth, not so much since the styles there are quite un-Geisha-like.
Hmmm ... a Gothic Geisha. Now there's an interesting concept. I need to toss this around a bit. :-)

Quote - Think of a city girl.
From a broken family her mothers on the corner for drugs and her fathers doing time.
She is surounded buy drugs n pimps with no education and no self esteem.
She has nothing to believe in. all she has at night to keep her warm is despair ,self pitty ,her stash & poverty. There's no emotions or color in there hearts so there's no color to there face.
They dress in black cause they believe this world is hell and there a walking corpse.
As they wait to be released from hell.
There eyes are hollowed and empty.
If they cover there arms then there hiding track marks. You could say Goths a Anarchist Statement or a way to rebel against life.
Might help to lissen to marilyn manson or goth bands while your making goths.
Except not all are like that. The ones I've seen have been from upscale neighborhoods and dress like that because it's the "in" thing. Can't be "in" unless you wear the uniform. OTOH, that is a good way to visualize a core mindset in developing the makeup and attire.
For real entertainment, consider this. Hawaii's population is largely Asian. Some of the "Goth" kids I see now are Asian. They already have the dark eyes & hair and in a few cases a head start on the lips (dependent on the racial mix) but the white makeup base does not work well with their features. :-)
