This was an issue last days during some hours. Admins got informed soon and have fixed it as fast as possible.

For now there is apparently no redirecting noticed in my browser anymore.

I ran several scans (virus, malware, trojans, hijackers) with my always up-to-date protection software. Nothing was found. My firewall did not mention any alerts.
Everything seems to appear save now.
But until there will be a secure and reliable information I stopped browsing renderosity just in case ...

Would be helpful to see some information when it's definitely fixed on the main page or in the news on the renderosity homepage.

Yes, I also sent this information at the Renderosity admins.

But it's kind of soothing that I'm not the only one with this oddities.

Redirection happens even when I'm logged in and trying to connect to the "Home" link at the top of the page menu.

Hm, today the site is loading as fast as before ... :huh:

The last days when renderosity was lagging I noticed in my browsers status bar that it tried to connect some "facebook" links. The issues happened during any timeframe (morning, noontime, evening - central european time).
Sometimes I was able to speed up loading with hitting the "refresh" button.

Same here.
It took about six minutes to log in ...
Awful situation.

Never even heard about this feature !
I've already got some nice comments that said something about "congrats", "selection" and so on ...
But I coudn't quite understand what they meant.

Fortunately it was pushinfaders that informed me about the selection and the forum link.
And now I feel very proud and honoured to find one of my images among all those extraordinary artworks !!
