A change in a single bit in a cookie can cause even more dramatic effects that these. If you have this worm, there will be other weird effects when you visit other web sites, and the effects will vary from site to site. You should buy AdAware, or a similar program that can remove worms from your hard drive. At the very least, you should delete all the cookies from your hard drive, though the worm may have migrated into another folder or created a virus by now. When it infected my computer, I used AdAware to remove it before it could do much damage or migrate from the Temp Internet Files folder.
