This is just shocking. Most of her products grace my runtime, she was a true talent and for many, an inspiration. She definitely left her mark in this world and for this community, we have all been blessed by her talent and she will be truly missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends, so sorry for your loss.

I spoke too soon, my new product is now showing in the MP. This is just confusing, although it doesn't take much to confuse me!

I understand with new site layouts, come bugs but when I first saw the site I thought it was great, now I'm realizing that navigation is far beyond frustrating. The gallery issues others have mentioned, really need to be fixed. My biggest concern at the moment is the Marketplace. As a vendor is very upsetting to see your new product released only to find out it's not listed anywhere in the MP! My new character was just released and good luck finding her under any category. It's not listed under "New" which is strange because she's NEW! and she's not shown in any other category. How are vendors supposed to sell products when buyers can't even see them?!!

I got it to work. I don't know what was wrong with the image but it's all fixed now, thanks again!!

I think it might be something with the image. I just tried an image I put up once before and it worked. I'm going to check my image, thanks so much:)

I Can't upload an image to my gallery.When I click save and upload, the page just sits and sits. I have waited for maybe 5 lifetimes now and nothing. I have cleaned out my cache and temp files, logged in and out, rebooted. I can do everything else, purchasing, browsing galleries you name it, but nothing with my gallery. The image dimensions and file size are fine. I'm using IE9, Windows 7.

I don't know what else to do

I am also having this problem. The page just sits and sits and does nothing. I have cleaned out my cache and all temp files, logged in and out, restarted my computer and no change. Uploading a file to my dropbox works fine, so I know it's not an uploading issue on my end.

I'm stumped! I don't know what else to do.
