Thread: How do ya make a seamless pattern? | Forum: Photoshop
I usually cut out half the image, veritcally. I then move the remaining image to the far end of the canvas. After that, a paste the cut portion of the image to the opposite side, and blend the two together. After that, I duplicate the process, this time cutting it horizontally. And that's it - seamless image.

karosnikov, that happens in Photoshop 6 as well. Save for Web isn't considered as "saving" the image for several reasons. 1. Quality --JPGs are lossy; it's not good for a final copy. 2. PSD Files --Most users save their ongoing projects in PSD files. Saving to Web does not save that PSD file - it has to be saved independantly. Therefore, if you were working on a PSD, Saved to Web, and then closed down, you wouldn't have saved the PSD! That's why the "Save?" dialog box comes up.

Thread: What does Adobe Illustrator do that Photoshop CS can't? | Forum: Photoshop
