Wow, thanks for all of the responses! I didnt get an email alert showing new replies so I hadnt checked back in a few days. I am really glad I did as I was about to begin a tedious process of marking, opening and seeing where marks were so that I could figure this out. You guys saved me a ton of time, thank you. As you can probably tell I am self taught in these programs as well as photoshop and I am sure that when I find a way to do things there is a much more efficient way. Thanks again, and I honestly appreciate this community!

Keep in mind that if you change the vertex count, Poser will not accept the morph. You will get a notification of this when you try to import it.
If the morph takes, then no, you won't have to remap the .obj.
