I am trying to upload a video for the animation contest, it's 550MB less than half the size of the 1500MB. I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error when it's about halfway.

Can someone please clarify to me why the 2d contest rejects any entries with 3d elements, yet the promo has a 3d generated woman?
