Oops, just now came back and saw your response. My Poser Pro 11 has stopped working. "Maximum number of activations has been exceeded." I've tried re-installing and deleting old prefs but can't get past this.

I also have a dead Poser. Poser Pro 11 in this case. It says, "maximum number of activations for this license has been exceeded." I haven't even been able to get past the captcha test to reach a human.

I have an empty library that I can't delete. When I select it I don't get a "-" option. Do you know where the library list is stored?
