Looks fine, besides I'd go for an E4300 or E6300 instead of the P4 and overclock it. Watch out for a decent mainboard. And let the guys in shop assemble it. Like everything else, assembling a rig is easy once you know, how it's done. If not, there is plenty of opportunity for frustration...
Cheers

Karen, if the way to fly is to fall and miss the ground, than the way how to see these pictures is actually NOT looking at them. Sit in front of the monitor and allow your eyes to unfocus - works perfectly after a six-pack or when you are sleepy. Just look straight through the monitor and relax. The picture will appear after a while. Well, at least that works for me.

I'd think that something with the ME-installation went wrong. You want to look for a small program, "filemon", that tells you which files the OS or your app wants to access. Maybe some .dll is corrupted or missing - with the file monitor you'll know why. You may want to invest into another OS (Win2K or XP)- ME is not particularly the best platform for Poser...

I memorized the default user interface with the small buttons. If the interface messes up, it's just one button to push to restore.

Are you using P5? Then the Cloth Room will be a solution for your problem - it works great, exactly for this purpose. I use it all the time whenever a piece of clothes has not the right morphs built into it.

Are you sure the .obj-file-pointer in the cr2 shows to the right path, usually a folder in runtime:geometries? Load the .cr2 into a texteditor and look for a line like figureResFile :Runtime:Geometries:BillyClothing:Dress:ChinaDressHi.obj (This ones for BillyT's ChinaDress) If your .obj is in a different location, you may experience the effects you described.

I had the exactly the same problem some days ago. Solved by using the free PoserExplorer P3DO with the free plugin and converted the .png's to .rsr and back to .png. Worked perfectly!

I suffered from this problem, too. Calypso and Crescent, you are right - thanks for help, it works! A toast to you both! This was going to kill me...
