Technical reasons I can understand - but typos??!! As has been said, that just sounds sloppy.

This is such a shock - tragic news. She was a real star of the 3D world and she will be much missed.

VWD can be used from Poser, Daz Studio and Carrara and the core program is the same for each, so sharing info independently of the prigram that calls it sounds like a good idea - count me in!

I thought that I would have a look at this thread as I have been trying out VWD but from Carrara. There is a whole thread about this on the Daz Carrara forums. This is a post to my latest results - I am happy with the way things are going do far and it can only get better as it is further refined!

Thanks for putting this back, it was much missed and led to me visiting the site a lot less often.

But what about those who actually WANT reminders that something has happened - otherwise we just forget about checking. I am using Rendo less and less because of this (not to mention that it seems to have got so slow as to be virtually unusable, and I have a fibre internet connection!).

I don't understand how they can take something that broadly worked fine and make such a mess of it. Are they really looking to alienate regular users??

I too am hating the new design. Without getting notifications, I am coming to Rendo a lot less often (is that what they really wanted?!), things seem to need twice as many clicks, page loading seems a lot slower, probably due to the overpopulation of ads. It used to be one of my favourite sites but I can see me using it less and less unless it improves.

Yes I know that - my point is that I am finding I am not checking it in the absence of getting emails. I WANT to get the emails, and cannot understand why there is not an option to do so. Without the reminders, this site may fall into disuse (as far as I am concerned).

I find that I am not following stuff now that I am not getting email reminders.

I want to receive emails which say when my Fav Artists post an image, or when comments are made on my images. I do not want to have to check the activity feed in case something has happened. Why is this not possible? It stinks, I am (for the first time ever) seriously considering moving my gallery elsewhere.

So are you saying that there are no longer email notifications when Fav Artists upload images, or when someone comments on one of my images, but I have to check the Activity Feed myself? Is there a way to get a notification that something new has been added to the Activity Feed?
