I expect new laws to be written with the realism in CGI models now and mocap making seamless animation you won't be able to tell the difference in the future I'd expect to see some kind of challenge in the near future maybe a mickael Jackson movie or music video or something then we'll see who pays for what. I think it would fall under parady laws. 10 or so years ago a cartoonist was sued by one of the big houses like Warner brothers and he had enough funds to counter sue them and it went to the state supreme court I think in Pennsilvania. and he won. as long as it not a photograph and it's not 100 percent like the orginal item it's consider a parady and the person doesn't have any right to the item. ever sense that ruling Disney WB and the others have back off on all the harrassment they used to do 15 years ago with anyone messing withtheir likeness. The fanart people used to get harrassed all the time rarely see it any more. I've wondered about that myself I've been tryiing to work on some of the old actors like Boris Karloff and others to bring them back to life and have a debate with a real bat, one of the newer batman, Manbat, and the original Dracula as to how people relate to bats from thier movies. I figure a good way to educate the public on the truth about bats.

I have both haven't done any moving between them yet been busy building some models. I'll try later I'm setting up a waterfall in realflow and an erupting volcanoe in houdini want to see if I can integrate these two first. then I'll see what happens with a poser model sitting under the waterfall and how the water breaks and spashes around her. I've got a few hours work yet. If someone hasn't gotten back to you I'll try it a little later busy right now.

I'm working on some models in zbrush but they are realistic animals won't be done for awhile still setting up the image planes trying to find all pictures I need. I'll see when I get them done if I can get them into poser I'm using 3dstudio max and Maya as my base edittor. animorphic animals I prefer them to look 80 percent animals 20 percent human. oh the items I have are just the beginning I'm going to be building a render network initially with 5 64 bit machines similar to the one I'm using then gradually to 10 I don't want to spend days waiting for my animation to finish. but that's down the road abit.

I think they are called manimals not sure but think they are from genes models on daz studio. I'll look and see where they are I have them I usually pdf the documantation that goes with them. just have to see where I put them I have 10 terrabytes on a bunch of different disks I really need a model manager to get my stuff in order.

someone need to make one for mayan apocalypse. I guess it just shows don't listen to your bat god on future events. Dang I figured a culture with a bat god had to have it right. National Geographic said the only thing they could make out on a tablet that talksabout it says there was a party then it's too erroded to read. I guess that part is probably right lots of christmas parties going on right now. of course the day isn't over yet who knows.
