I would like to suggest that indicating coupon eligibilty by whether an icon is red or green is a poor choice for accessibilty.

While I'm not personally colour-blind, I do know users who are.

The fact that no member of staff has put in any effort in more than a month to respond to or clarify my concerns about your licencing, but your store is still sending me reminders that my Prime Membership is due to run out is kind of rich.

If you're going to leave these concerns dangling, then I'm going to have to be extremely discerning about what, if anything, I buy from your store in future, so a Prime Membership will no longer be a consideration.
