I jumped on that bandwagon and took advantage of the offer. I am a Cinema 4D user but I am getting to like the interface,customizing abilities, and the fact that the training videos are awesome. It also looks like it will work with Poser like a dream.

You will find what you are looking for in the marketplace.The merchant is markdc and he has a four part series that was sold together as one for $24 I believe. That is how I learned to model poser clothes in Max. It is well worth the money:-) Renaylor

I logged in and the upgrade info page was there. But you may have to contact them by e-mail and let them add you to the list for notification of upgrade. I take it that you don't have Body Studio yet but I would ask first to see if they can give you a straight price for version 2.6 rather than buy 2.5 then upgrade to version 2.6.

No it does not and believe me I have tried. Good news though, go on the reiss studio website, log-in and you should see the upgrade page which gives you the new version 2.6 which works with poser6 and max 7 for $79. If you bought it a couple of weeks ago it may be a free upgrade but for someone like me who bought it last year you're looking at the $79 pricetag :-(

I finally figured out what I did wrong. It was not a bug at all. It turns out that the conforming item I used was not working with my clothing item as a donor. I used the character instead of the clothing as a donor and that removed the problem. Thanks for all your suggestions :-)

I have all Poser releases from P4 to PPP to P5 and now P6 and I had all the service releases. I liked PPP the best until now. P5 was full of bugs, sluggish, crashed and was just plain awful. P6 rocks!!! I haven't had a crash, rendering is a dream, the interface has improved, and miracle of miracles the walk designer works! I tried one 30 frame walk cycle with Glamorous Vickie by Jim Burton and a P5 walk animation from Nerd, there were no more leg jitters and no slow loading. The walk was plain smooth! I will try it with a walk path next. But I must say this time Curious Labs have done the job!

Mine just arrived at 9:21 am EST via UPS babysitter signed for package, and it will be in my hot little hands tonight unless my son and daughter get to it first :-) LOL

Got the Shade LE Serial # about an hour after my confirmation e-mail, just checked UPS and it is OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!:-) Can't play with it until tonight though, I.m taking my son to the movies :-)

Just got my shipping confirmation and I did order on February 17th. Have patience because I think there is a delay in the e-mail confirmations going out, maybe depending on the time zone,(I'm on the east coast). Renaylor

There is a modeling tutorial series by Mardc that is sold through renderosity and it uses 3ds max. It's great because I could not box model for beans until I used this program and I made my first clothing item in Max already(Prior to that I was spline modelling in Rhino). His program is great because you can buy the individual modules separately or at one time and even get it sent to you on CD. He walks you through each step, thoroughly explains everyting and since it is in wmv format you can pause or go back if you miss something. Renaylor@renderosity.com

That is the problem because a lot of the node info in P5 is critical to this texture looking good and when I do load in p4 the MAT File does not show the texture properly. Even if I save the material as a texture and load it under materials in p4 I still do not get the same brilliant effect. Renaylor@renderosity.com

The walk designer in poser 4 would not take as long to load and was responsive and would not crash like p5's. The new service release took care of some of the problem but the annoying glitch in the buckling of the left leg with anything other than the poser based figure like Don and Judy is a PITA. It is a shame that Nerd had to go though so much trouble to fix the problem that should have been addressed from p4 Renaylor@renderosity.com
