Depends how mutch 3d u want to learn, building?
Landskapes,lighting and that sort.
Buiding things in 3d is not something u can figure out by ur self.. in most cases.
beeing a 3d student my self, there is allot of work with the most basic of things.
Making a car, tank, plane or ship. u need blueprints, lots of pictures from the ting ur builiding.
take the most basic of tutorials in the program u want to learn, and work ur way up.
Rome was not built in a day;P
