Jump into the Amapi forum and there are links at the top to download a fully function no time-out version of Amapi. It has some of these features you mentioned. The trick is, you will some people hate the interface even though you can switch it and it does have some stability problems. It was the first modeling program that "made sense" to me and now some of the others are begining to. Also Rhino is another that seems easy to use. The Rhino group has a link to a demo for that too. Both of those groups are VERY well supported by great moderators and a group of talented helpful modelers. Welcome to the sickness of modeling!! SmoothG

Did you know Sipapu, that Curious Labs gave away a free full version of Poser 3 in las months Computer Arts magazine? The mag runs about $14.00 US and you can upgrade from this version cheap too I believe. I've already given my copy to another renderosity member who couldn't find the mag locally but you should be able to buy it from the Compouter Arts site. P.S. So will this become your new interface for selecting clothes, poses etc in Poser or it it's job strickly to reorganize the folder set up and then you would use standard selection interface? (breath breath) If it is the new selection interface will it have previews of the selected items? Either way looks like it will add a ton of functionality to Poser! SmoothG

Try Amapi. There is a free version w/ no restrictions on saves and no timeout avaliable at http://www.critical-depth.com/amapi_download.asp There is a forum here and om 3dcommune that has some great guys who love to help out people new to modeling ( like me ). It's interface is very different and comfortable. Hey for free you can't go wrong. Actually, try them all that allow you to demo, then decide what feels more comfortable to you.
