Did that. Twice. Still have exactly none of my HiveWire purchases in my Renderosity account, so I'm kind of wondering what's happening at this point.Just send an email to store@renderosity.com with a subject line of "HiveWire Purchases" and tell us the email you used at HiveWire3d to do your purchases...and then tell us what email your account here uses. If you need to change the email on your account here to be able to receive emails...you can do that HERE Check the change password box on that page right below your name.

...please try uninstalling poser with geek uninstaller
...and then reinstalling, it should work after this.
Thanks, structure. That worked.
Thread: How/where to install DSON content if I don't have Daz installed? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Ah, thank you! The content creator's "must be installed to" combined with me being entirely too literal was tripping me up and overcomplicating things.
Thread: How/where to install DSON content if I don't have Daz installed? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - I intentionally created a separate external runtime entitled "My Library" to place all the DAZ related content needed for DSON. It appears you combined everything into your Genesis and Genesis 2 folders which is fine but very messy when you want to separate unrelated Poser files and folders.

Thanks everyone for the replies. For what it's worth, I did check the linked thread before posting the question.
What I did was to put all of my Daz DSON content into one main runtime called "Genesis Runtime" and then, inside the "libraries" folder, organized it accordingly (i.e., Genesis 1, Genesis 2, Vicky 5, Mike 5...it's ridiculously anal-retentive, down to putting the creator's name on the folder so I don't have to search a ReadMe later). Currently, only Daz content is in that Runtime because I do keep my Poser and Daz content separate. (At least, if I understand what it is that you're saying correctly.)
I was asking the question because of the installation instructions on this particular product which state:
All the presets files must be put in: My LibraryEnvironments (in the proper subfolder)
All the data files must be put in: My LibrarydataEnvironments (in the proper subfolder)
All the texture files must be put in: My LibraryRuntimeTexturesEnvironments (in the proper subfolder)
All the poser files must be put in: My LibraryRuntimelibraries (in the proper subfolder)
The instructions left me confused because, not having Daz installed at all (and having just switched from Daz to Poser, so I'm still getting used to Poser's way of doing things--which is a thousand times better), I do not have a "My Library" folder, and wasn't sure if I should just create a new runtime on the same drive as my other Runtimes and name it... oh, I don't know... Poser DSON Content Runtime and create a My Library folder inside that Runtime and install as directed (which, from what many of you are saying, seems to be what I should do)? Please forgive my blockheadedness...I've noticed that often when a ReadMe says to do something a specific way and you do not, Poser gets a little finicky. Also, I can be entirely too literal at times, so that may be my problem understanding. :/
