Thanks Nurd 3D! Turning off PMD (I didn't realize I could before) seems to have solved my problems. I can even open cloth room stuff without problems. Evedently PMD and V4 don't play well together.

This happened to me also. I emailed their tech support and got a response within an hour. They told me that Poser 6 calls home and re-registers every fourth time you open it if like me you're dumb enought to let it. They counted each as a seperate registration and flagged it as pirated. This is a known bug and I had no problem getting them to reset so I could preorder. Maybe theyve all just gone home for the weekend?

I always thought that DAZ never supported P6 so I doubt if they care about P7. I'm afraid they may be using OptiTex to force users to choose between d|s and Poser. V4/M4 may work in P7 but to get DAZ's hot new features you need d|s? I hope the content creators have enough clout to keep that from happening.
