I was just coming in to comment on my experience as well, I got a credit fraud alert from my bank re suspected fradulent charges, someone was trying to charge exhorbiant amounts to my card and attempting to make very outlandish purchases.  This is one of only two places that I use this card for purchases.

Strange question - and one that displays how oblivious I am to certain aspects of computers - Ilona specified that she wanted an IM with the details on the items we ordered and the freebies we wanted - I only found an option for sitemail and used that - how do we send an IM to her from here? 

I know this should probably go into a forum entitled "Computer ABCs" but I'm wondering if I missed the IM reference or not.
