I did get a hold of a friend and he was able to assist me in getting this done. The reason I neede this to be set up this way is that is the way that Daz request there props to be , why I do not know. As soon as I have the info here as to how he did Ill be more then happy to share that info with the rest of the comunity . It was resaved in poser as a prop...I even tried to just edit the pp2 file so it directed it to the obj file in the geometrey file... and when I loaded it there was no object on the screen ... maybe im forgeting to do something here. Is there a specific way I have to do this ?

I used Wordpad to edit and save my changes to the pp2 file, I then put the edited pp2 in the props folder then I loaded the prop and adjusted my colors ... and resaved the prop over writing the old one in poser and thats when the pp2 goes back to what it was

thanks to your help here , I went to the site http://lcrepiliere.free.fr/ where I got P3dO Explorer and seen they had an update for it. Below is some info on the update ....I thought others might like to know this as well, so here is the info. "November 1 Some P3dO 1.5 bugs fixed.There were two: the edit .RSR box didn't show properly and another one when converting a .RSR to Mac format.I would like to thank MartinC for the great help he provided to me in solving the Mac conversion bug - in fact he found the bug alone. Ill try to help you as to what would do here and , please if anyone can help me a bit more here it would be great to have more comments. Im asuming you are going to be using layers for this tape.... so what id do here is have my template with the 1st layer being the tape and have it placed where you want it on the wrist.. copy that layer and paste it as a new layer .. now with this new layer Under the tools Image Mirror that will place the tape on the opposite side for you . ( you may want to use your grid for linging the tape layers up I find sometimes that helps to ) the important thing with any txtr is to be sure you aline the ends so you have a perfect match so you dont have a split in the material. You brought out some of the a bit of reality in many a kids dreams. After all if it weren't for kids I think the farries would never exist., and you of all the masters in the world of poser have mastered such a wonderfull job in bringing your faries to life , in which no other has even achived. your work is unique, and shall always be treasured. Maybe the evil shadows have passed over your wonderfull kindom and sadness has filled the hearts of many, I do hope to see you return to the magical kindom that you have created for us all. Who could be so rotton to condim such a great artist and his wonderfull work then that of the evil minds that are ever so possesed with jelliousy.
