Yes, but has made no difference, whenever I click with a tool in the work window ( move rotate etc )
the movement is over amplified, making it almost impossible to use directly, but only through the parameter dials. Poser 7 by contrast as mentioned, operates as it should, so I tend to go back to 7 as I usually don`t have the time to mess around with 8 - very frustrating, and disappointing - just wish I could figure it out. Read through and through the manual, rechecked the preference settings, but it seems to be a permanent fault with my copy of the software I think. :(

Thanks Tiari, Will do, when I have five minutes. Still new to downloading to Poser, and even though I enable auto download, they dont always seem to end up in what I would have thought to be the correct place. But hey, what do I know, Im just an illustrator !!

Thanks to all the suggestions and advise - My head hurts !! I will follow up on this, should prove interesting. I am trying not to fall back on my painting skills, which would be an easy solution, but face the challenge of creating digitally that which I would, in the past complete with airbrush inks. Onward ! :)

Thank you Esther, much appreciated. It was very confusing when the manual that came with Poser7 was all out of sequence ie; page 23 followed by page 48, followed by page 72 etc, etc !!

Thanks, will look into that Athough as a full time illustrator I am used to the high res files, and have had no similar issues moving files across from other programmes.
