I can not successfully import any 3DS files. About halfway through, an error message pops up. These are files that imported fine in P5 and P6.

It seems some of the Mac cds have problems. A couple of people have been successful after cleaning the cds...check this post: http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=2191573

I emailed them this afternoon about the missing s/n, and they replied within 15 minutes with the number by email :) I'm very impressed with the quickness of customer service at CL!

hmmm...my box isn't due to arrive till Tuesday. I sure hope the cds work, 'cause I'll be a very unhappy camper if they don't! I was wondering though, did the Mac version of Shade come with a serial number, or was it in your confirmation? I see everyone mentioning they got a serial number with their email confirmations, but I didn't get one. I didn't know if the Mac one was any different, but I didn't want to write to customer service about it until I got the box in my hands.

oh, Feb 17th and still waiting. I''m not going to be a happy camper at work tomorrow! :(

I ordered on Feb 17th...I'm curious as to what kind of answer they'll come back with pigfish, I'll be pissed too if they're going from last ordered back.

As much as I hope Goldfire is right, I'm not holding my breath for my copy to arrive. My credit card has not been charged yet, neither has an authorization been placed on it for the upgrade. Unless they're planning to give it to me for free, I'm guessing my copy hasn't shipped yet ;)

NEThingbutNOcent, I'm guessing you're using Safari or some other browser than IE? I know you work on a Mac, which is why I ask. I have the same problem in Safari, but if I log into findmyorder.com with explorer, it comes up okay.

Hiya Opera... I use version 5, and actually, I have it set up so it opens with a blank window and the face camera selected. It's done by setting everything up the way you want, then going to the edit menu, then "preferences". Select the current as your new interface settings(sorry, I don't have Poser open right now, so I'm not sure what the exact wording is). The next time you open Poser, it should open that way.

Nah Joseph, my Poser version opens with the face cam as default, so you're not alone ;)

I'm joining the club, silly me, I THOUGHT I didn't want to download such a large file, but I wish now that I had chosen the download option :(
