Do you want darker areas in the texture map to simply reduce the intensity coming from the colour map, without affecting the hue? If so, you could try plugging in the texture map to the Diffuse_Value channel, just to see if it gives the effect you want. This is like a colour_math Multiply node, except the texture map is treated as greyscale data and does not alter the hue.(edit) - agree with nruddock - best is if you show us the image maps.

No, it had to do with copyright concerns regarding the V4 skin and the tattoos. According to their website the V4 skin has been cleaned up and is now kosher, and they say the tattoos are their own designs because he's a tattoo artist and does his own.
Actually they are not his own designs - http://wallpapers.share4pic.com/tattoo/
Trust me I know because a large number of "his tattoo" images are from there.

It for v4.2, basically i have created it down to all the textures, reflections etc, now im trying to figure out the best way to export it so that all the files are there, and the .png for the content menus are there
