you need a lot of programs...cinema4d or modo, zbrush, marvelous, photoshop what ever you like.
YouTube has a lot of tutorials for modelling, also renderosiry and daz forum ;)

ok, I thought maybe included scenes but this is not the case. You can only load the props individually and must adjust as you need it and then by camera function set which area you want to render.
Sorry but more help isnt possible from my site, I dont have this product.

I do not know how familiar you're with poser but to me it looks as if you use standart render settings and light? Moreover, your character uses no makeup. Just take ibl lighting and other render settings. Then it should be better.
