The Pod was what I was looking for and the spider expansion can work with my current project.

I have been approached by a film director out of the UK to be a visual concept artist for a possible future film envolving humans and aliens. I can't go any further than that.

Well, I did the file browser trick ... and I the empty folders in the are not in the hiarchy, but when I boot up Poser 7, the empty folders are stil there. I went into both user folders and deleted the start up logs that Poser uses at launch. With these files missing, Poser would rewrite a new start up log. That did not work. the empty files are still in place, when Poser is booted.

GGGRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Can anyone think of anything else, that I can try. I placed an inquire at SmithMicro, but nothing so far.

Okay folks, the original Claysfire and Snow1 -yep, I found a copy of the snow, Bryster, - mats have been zipped and uploaded. I also added four screen shots from the materials editor of Bryce 7. Now I'm off to bed. Four hours of sleep in the past 48, makes for a very cranky person. I should know! I have to put up with mayself ... ALL DAY LONG!

Ya wanna know something else? I cant rember just what it was I was going to use Claysfire for, in the first place.

I'm goint to post both the fire and the ice, along with this a quick tut on the material settings for the two.

And I would like to send a special thanks to AgentSmith for the zip on ClaysFire. I didn't forget, it was a pain in the arse today at work, what with the warden (boss) on a rampage ... all day long.

One more thing, can I add the Bryce 4 fire texture to the zip? I think it would be a great help to those that are still using earlier versions of Bryce.

I found Clay on the web last night, and he had a copy of Claysfire. I also asked him if I could post the freebie here at Renderosity under his name, what with not being able to find it any where else on the web. He gave me his okay to do so. I'll load it up to the site tonight, when I'm released from my prison (my job).
It sure would be great if Clay would come back and post a few new Bryce pics. Give us lil' puppies a run for our money. And a chance to learn from an established artist. After all, he was the reason I took up Bryce.

I have Bryce 7 ple (personal learning edition) installed on my computer. Though not all the features of Pro are unlocked. You can get this free version at Cnet.com, and search for Bryce 7.

Ooopps! I tried to install the Bryce 4 Claysfire texture and Bryce 7 ple, will not load it. But I did find an old tutorial on his texture at Brycetech here is the link;

I've followed the tut and I think I'll load it up in the free stuff under bryce.

Hey, TheBryster is a forum mod, do you think you can upload it to the Free Stuff area for others? What with Bryce slowly making a come back .... slowly.

I have VISTA, and am logged in as administrator. I think by doing that, you should be able to bypass a lot of install problems.
 

Please show the image before and after. Also show (screenshot) the Firefly and P4 settings that you used.

Do not split or copy the conduit. Instead, make it one long cylinder.

This site is massive. So go to the home page. Click on galleries from the top menu that is under the banner ad. Wait a few... this depends on your connection speed. From the drop down menu on the ART Gallery Page, select Topic and click the Apply button.

This is really sick looking. I Luv it. Can't wait for the M2 ... V2(?) version.
