Thank you everyone for your great suggestions and help. I discussed the problem with my technical advisor (my brother) and got a copy of Poser 4 instead. It's doing exactly what I need. I did download the grouper since it helps make it easier to assign materials when I bring the figures into Bryce for my scenes. I'm hoping to start doing professional architectural illustrations. Once again, thank you all for your help. Andrian

Thanks for all the help. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be exporting the .mtl file when I export the figure. I don't know if Poser 3 never did or if my copy is corrupted.

Thread: Charging for rendered scenes | Forum: Bryce
Thank you for all the replies. It gave me some important and valuable things to think about. The actual situation is this. I interview with this company for a job as an architectural drafter. During the interview I showed them some of my Bryce work to show what I can do with Autocad since I do all my modeling in Autocad. They ended up hiring a temp for the drafting job, but want to use me for renders when they get the need. I'm not positive at this time exactly what they want in terms of rights, but I do know they would put a copy on their office wall and have a few copies to show to a client so the client can see what the building would look like once it is built. Currently they use an artist who works in watercolor but they saw the advantage of having the scene in digital format from the start. Once again, thank you for the thoughtful and informative responses. Andrian

Thank you for your great suggestions. Unfortunately, they didn't solve the problem. At this point in time, I have uninstalled PS7 from my system. I'm going to try either reinstalling it or an earlier version and see if that works.

It ran on my old computer with no trouble. That one was only 188 MHz with 48 MB ram. My brother uses it on a Win98 and a Win2000 machine. That's why I think it's XP that might be the problem.
