Sounds like a great idea, however the site is awful to read, blue text on black makes the eyes swim, any chance of chaning it to something more hugh-mon friendly?

If you have propak you can import the poser scene including animations. Otherwise I dont know any method of doing this.

It can be done with a 4-axis milling machine. Heres a link http://www.microproto.com/micromill2000.htm I think this machine with the 4th axis add on would do the job. (You`d have to ask them for full details) Try searching for "micromill" or "taig". The 3d model has to be converted to milling machine paths (g-code, software is available to do this) which the computer sends to the motors of the milling machine, the cutters then move to carve the object out of foam/wood/metal etc. My other half has a 3 axis machine, which cost about $2000, unfortuantley it wont do full 3d figures or I`d be playing with it all the time! Hope this is helpful.Thread: Daz Wishlist for Mkids | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
More selection of clothes. I use the kids for educational multimedia and have trouble dressing them in suitable styles. Also historical clothes would be great, as listed above by lemur1 would be fantastic.

I had a bit of trouble downloading it, took about six goes as it kept saying it was finished when it wasnt. But once I got it, no problem with installing and it seems fine. (I hadn
t any serious problems before installing it) Im running a 2GHz Intel Pentium 4 with 1Gig Ram, been playing with the ray tacing today, making mirrors and other shiney things. Hasn
t crashed so far.

I got mine yesterday. No problems with installation and it runs brilliantly. The new features are cracking! I was quite worried after all the winges on the forum about it crashing. Im running win2K on an Intel Pentium 4 2GHz on an Intel motherboard with a VividXS video card (Videologic). I
ve not managed to crash the program yet. It was easy to install, and to link my Poser4 Runtime to. (Which I backed up before I installed just in case. I didnt know I had 7Gigs of models/poses/textures etc installed until I did the backup. No wonder it used to stall my old system!!) Anyway back to the serious issues, yes there are some parts which are not working properly. Which I
m sure CL will sort out with a patch or two. I would recomend it, the rendering engine alone is worth the money for the update, couple that with the range of features of the hair, faceroom and the flexability of the new materials it is deffinatley worth it! This program is going to make my life so much easier, and my animations much more realistic. I hope the plugins such as the Shockwave exporter are available for Poser5 soon. (Thats a big part of my work with the program) I`d like to say well done Curious Labs for an excellent product! (Yes I know about the things that need fixing but as a software developer I know how difficult it is to iron out all the problems in Beta Testing, the product needs a real world run with the people who want to use it before everything can be solved)

Hi again, in reply to Saxon, no it wasnt yours, it was a static pose I cant remember where I got it from and it was so bad I deleted it. I
ve not seen any winged archers but when I was younger I did shoot at the club in a bikini (when the sun was shinning) and yes that is a model of my own bow. We did see some fire once but that was in a school ajacent to the tournament field and the fire brigade arrived to put it out, but thats another story. Bye for now...
