Hi esther hope 4 u u'll receive ur version quickly. i've been "working" on this problem since yesterday (that's why i'm here today) and it's really odd. Program's crash a lot even if it doesnt freeze the entire system. I will simply quit. As a newcomer in this forum, i'm obliged 2 ask u : what's "the knowledge base" ? ;-) Baax

Hi i'm a new user of Vue Pro that i bought in Paris Apple expo 2days ago. The purpose is to create still images so far. The version is 4.50-02 build 265692. I'm working on a bipro1.42 with the original radeon 9000 card, jag 10.2.6 When i open Vue, the soft tells me : "Your video board/driver doesnt support all of the openGL features use by this software. The software will not perform reliably... We recommend that you disable OpenGL. Vendor: ATI technologies Inc. Renderer: Radeon9000 OpenGL engine Version: 1.3ATI-1.2.20" I disable the openGL but, still, the program is really unstable (sudden quit) Anyone knows if that's normal ? How i can resolve this and if it's possible with the radeon 9000 ? Do i have to buy another card to get openGL on ? Thx for any answer and/or ideas. Baax
