You know what, if you are not going to remedy the problem then what was the use of contacting someone about it...your solution is to sweep it under the table...fine, YOUR not damaged by the actions aforementioned so why not EH?????so what do I do now that I have been slandered in the Artmatic galleries??? forget and forgive??? I no longer have good use of the function of the gallery anymore as now I'm considered to be a Pr*ck ......thats what I get by taking the course of action the admins prefer...OH, just forget about it bobby, all is sweet in heaven....your not damaged here I am...and it is litigous behavior...I mean where do you make a stand...the first time, the third time or do you just keep taking it...there never was a misunderstanding on my part...so I get an apology or I bring suit...nobody has to take this kind of treatment...I was just going to leave, you all said "NO, bobby stay, why let one person ruuin it for you..." well now it's happened again...I TOLD them not to message me again and they decided it was more fun to continue, forgive and forget,,,,,,I hardly think so...I mentioned no names as you can see in the first post and frankly didn't know who it was, stay bobbby, so I did, now I am getting crap from people I don't even know...so they want to air the problem publicly, where is the misunderstanding you speak of....I don't get it and I never will...I am going to call the Phone number on your site to make my formal complaint person to person....you may address them with your offer....I am not at this point interested...they should have left me alone when I asked them to....too late now...

and to TinoH..by all means post my message to you...I don't mind people seeing hw I deal with my attackers....you were told in NO uncertain terms not to attack me again...POSTIT...then I post yours and so on and so on and so on...blah blah blah.....as if people want to hear this....grow up and stop sending me messages on subject none of your business and you WON'T get told where to stuff it...or told that you will be reported or have a suit brought against you...remember, though you think you are anonymous a court order can produce your IP and I would then inform your ISP as to your use of there services to harras another individual..of this I made you perfectly clear on, and putting "by the way, I like your artwork" does not change that..almost an after thought eh??

I also have no knowledge of the apparent criticism which Jamie refers to above. Perhaps it's in an image comment I haven't looked at yet. I wrote Bobby to nicely inform him that Nuski heads up the ArtMatic section here since it appeared Bobby didn't know that as evidenced in a comment he made welcoming Nuski to the gallery. I also complimented Bobby on his work in that same note. I now have received a rather unfriendly reply from Bobby which was undeserved and which I shall not publish unless there is a compelling reason. I agree with the gist of Jamie's message above and I would urge Bobby to reconsider his overreaction to my note to him. I don't think anyone here has reason to be mean or even unkind toward fellow artists and if constructive artistic criticism, which presumably Bobby received from someone else, is not able to be accepted then I do not see a solution. Nevertheless, I hope to have Bobby back and shall not hold any grudge. Everybody is allowed to fly off the handle once in a while. Tino 5. I know you mean well, I am a very private person and this idea to put my worx here was mostly my wife Susi's idea...she called it my window to the world and though a quaint term it does encompass the nature of this site for me....I NEVER leave my house as I have a heart condition and if I overdo it I end up re covering in the hospital....damn the luck...see, the reason this is so important is that this is the only thing I have as a legacy to leave my child (at 53 years old I am blessed with a 6 year old girl) and I guess I am a bit sensitive....always have been, so when I get attacked like I did, for no reason I can think of, I am mostly hurt and VERY confused as to why someone would act like this over my artwork....especially have I never had anyone hate my work so much that they would e mail me such a nasty letter.....for almost 30 years I have kept my work to myself and only the last 4 years have I let anyone outside my family even see it.....the net galleries are my only shot...I can't DO it any other way....I don't know what to do at this point.....all of my work is off line now...I do tend to withdraw when hurt...I will wait and see ....I still browse the galleries here because even though I love the other galleries also..Renderosity is the right place...it has the most traffic of all the sites...here 200 people see my work and elsewhere it is well below 100 most of the time.....truly Renderosity is the king (or Queen, she is a fine site) of Art Exposure.....well, you get the idea...so I will probably just hang out....every now and then you will here from me...good luck and long live you all....
