The rigging won't change at all. You cant embedd into geometry without breaking the polycount, that's why you have to extract the normals and displacement maps to, fake the higher cage on a lower polygon model. There are plenty tutorials on the internet for that.

Hey!
What do you want to know exactly? if you want to build hair that is possible but you have to select the subtool( in this case hair) and than use goz to poser to get the hair mesh aligned on the model. With adding detail you can substract displacement maps and also normal maps from the high subdivided mesh and use those maps on your lower polygon mesh.

Boni.. the veins are too large. I will make a head neck texture for you and will add on a separate layer also veins.. so you can experiment.

Boni, I hestitated to comment, because while i do see your effort, there is a lot missing. I see you have made some nice rosy cheekbones. But what i miss most of all, is depth and skin pores. Your specular settings are way too hight for this lightning. Eyelashes and brows too blurry. I see you painted over a merchant resource. That is a good practice. In my example i used photos on the model( projection mapping) and painted a lot of details on the skin. I tried to get skin as oily as yours.
You have to built up the pores. I would take with a colorpicker the darkest color and the lightest. Then i would make a skin color chart for that skin, in other words, i pick different colors between the lightest and darkest color. I paste every color from light to dark next to each other. ( you can do same for make up) If you use photoshop, ( i fetch from my 3d painting program to photoshop.. via a plugin) try to use noise brushes to add some difference in the skin, and some sharpness. What you can do is, alter the scatter brushes( i alter them, so you dont need to download skin brushes) You can also make your own. If you need more help i will try to explain more:)
Even though the example is still a wip skin, you can see bumps, irregular skin and even some scarring. I painted a lot on the skin to remove shine on the diffuse map. I didnt get it quite as oily as you but colored skin absorbes light differently. and is most of the time oilier.

Zbrush is ok with projection painting( you have to divide the mesh a lot for a hiresh texture) in my program it works with the resolution of teh screen, much more simple. Technique is the same of course. If you need help just ask me :).

Boni, I always use texture projection( that is one vilters is referencing to). I although use a program that is no longer available, though you can still get the demo here and there on the internet. It was once very popular and not so hard to do. You dont have to worry about seams at all. I thought i already explained that to you in another thread?
I made a very sloppy example for you. The nose is always a troublesome area due to the stretching of the pores. Projection painting corrects this by 90 %. On the left you see like 2D painting( photoshop etc) and on the right 3D projection painting. As you can see the pores are not stretched. Dont look too good lol cuz i didnt make it a great fit for both pictures.

Youre welcome, you can do the same for shadows only then you have to use the slider in the middle.

Its of course not perfect, but you can use it as often as you like to get rid of most reflection. The rest you can clone out or with other techniques.
I uploaded a reference card, you can download it if you want:
As you can see, i could have done the lips too, but it works exactly the same. It wont work with every photo source but most it will work perfectly.

I really like the morph but i see several issues with the skin. For instance, the pores are too large, the lip contains highlights.. the skin is too bumpy and wax looking( looks like its melting). And i see a strange black line on the lips/just above. Several things you can fix with projection painting. The highlights on the lips are easy to remove in photoshop. I recommend to alter the photos beforehand, and then texture with the corrected photos. I can show you a way how to remove the highlights. if you like.

Thank you very much, AmbientShade ,pumeco, RorrKonn. Im very much fan of all of your work, and your humor, pumeco. I made a very very early test to see how the AA-character looks with a front texture. The shine comes from a matcap in zbrush. I hope to make a character that is hard to distinquish from a real person. A lot to do, as i am reading up on a lot of things in Poser( lights etc). Is it ok if i use this as a sort of sketchbook? The picture is not the best quality btw

I also made a roxie morph, i grayscaled it because i used the default roxie texture and that doesnt suit the model i think. So she needs new textures too.
