However, I wonder wich version of bryce you're using.. probably the sixth one.
If you're able to own bryce 7, all your troubles will be finish.
I work with it and for example, my last scene is a file about 500Mo saved and more than 2,5Go of memory usage.

Well, when i'm working with bryce it's usually going late into the night so, i need to listen some "punchy" music to keep my eyes open!!

You have a lot of choise with aircrafts models. I agree with you, the Sukkoï 27 is a wonderful plane and it will be nice to see a composition with it!! just have a look to my gallery, by the past, i have work on the fabulous SU47 Berkut.

I'm just about starting to work on a mirage F1 "TC" (tacticle class) for the challenge..
