In the past I have found the easiest way to do this is create the light, parent it to the object. Then Zero all the rotations and transformations. This places the light close to the object, but more importantly the axis of the object and light are aligned so the light if moved, moves correctly along the objects  x y or z axis, rather than the axis it started with.
This also applies to anything that needs to be aligned correctly , I use this method a lot for reusing hair made for different characters.

If you don't mind doing a little manual editing of the PZ3 file you can do this it a text editor.
NOTE --- Always do this on a copy of the file. (Just in case you make a mistake.)
Open file with text editor of you choice. (It needs to have a search feature. I use textedit on my mac.)
Search for, - addActor - It will find the list (of all items in that PZ3 file) that Poser uses for the drop down menus.
Cut and paste the relevant items in this part of the file into the order that you want. Save file and test, then rename back to the original and overwrite old file.
(Caveat - In this file the 'name' used is the 'internal' poser name, not the 'display' name. But for props this is usually the same.)
Editing like this always carries a risk. Just make sure you always do it on a copy of the file, so that you can always revert back to the original.

Thread: Is there a way to create FONTS in Poser? | Forum: Poser 12
I'm on a mac you can do this with Cheetah3D, and it works. Also with Cheetah3D you can do a lot more manipulation to the shape of the text. (Although you can do a lot with Posers magnets, Waves and Morphs.) I was just trying to show a way of doing it without having to purchase additional software. (I don't own modeller, so I can't comment.)

Well it works for me, takes a few minutes and the final 3d text object looks exactly as expected.

The way that I have done this in the past is. Drop the font file (ttf) that I want to use into the font file folder within the main poser app runtime Create a new empty poser document. Use create text from within the object menu to write 2D text I want, choosing the font that I dropped into the font file folder. (It should show up in the font dropdown menu.) Save the 2D text out as a wavefront object file. Import the Wavefront object into a 3D modelling app. (I use wings3D for stuff like this.) You can then extrude this 2D text into a 3D object. Export out from 3D app, import new 3d object back into Poser. You now have a 3D text object that you can morph and manipulate to your hearts content.

Me again..... Sorry re my previous post @4279547 above...... IK chain for Chest should read ... Hip Abdomen Chest(goa)
Thread: Pelvic Thrust | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
This is probably a bit late now but in anyone else comes upon this thread, it might help This is possible, and works to some extent, I have used it myself. Create a new IK chain Chest to hip i.e.. Chest Abdomen Hip(goal) Turn off IK to hands, (otherwise sometimes odd effects.). Turn on new IK chain for chest Try moving hip the way you want it , Very little movement is possible before odd effects happen, but the chest and upper body are kept relatively static. Turn of Chest IK chain when you have the pose you want.
