ok, that's right, we have to put some copyright notes to the page. the file(s) can be used license-free (without additional fees). the usage limitations are the following: no file(s) may be separately published, marketed, distributed, transferred, sold or sublicensed in full or in excerpts (any part thereof). so it is not possible to resell the textures nor sell part of them with projects from which somebody can extract them for further usage. about the source for the planet textures: Most of the photographic references are drawn from public domain photos and have been touched up and composite together to form texture maps suitable for wrapping around sphere shapes. Cloud layers have been made up from modified satellite photos and have had texture and artistic content added to give a true 3d 'fluffy' feel to them. Some of the outlying planets (e.g. Pluto) are pure guesswork as there are no photographic references.
