pretty simple actually....I created a few diff layers(ohoto of sand dunes)...played around with the render option in filters...difference clouds I believe was the one I settled on....but I just realized something....I never pay attention all that much to what or how I create something....lol...I spend countless hour pullin whats left of my hair out of my head trying to recreate various textures...me bad
