Joanna's products were a staple in many of my images I have made through the years. She always commented to my image posts when I used her products. I would often enhance her materials and send them back to her. She always was very kind and responsive and occasionally even incorporated my texturing ideas into her future products.
Her talent and creativity will be sorely missed.
Thread: What was the point of the site redesign? | Forum: Community Center
Kristi,
I work for a company that develops web applications for our products. There are technologies (Bootstrap comes to mind) that automatically displays and organizes content based on device or window size. Secondary elements are hidden and formatting changes are made to keep the elements readable as the window size decreases. Making your site device friendly requires careful planning and making difficult design choices about what needs to be shown.
RR should take a step back and decide what the customer needs while browsing through a device versus customers browsing through a computer. Good luck. We spend many weeks making those decisions and our applications are more simplistic the RR.
Thread: Why are you still using V4? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I started using V4 seven years ago with Poser. She is probably the most versatile character I've run across to create my artistic ideas. I can quickly realize my vision with V4 and spend my time creating art instead of messing with the technical details.
I've tried using the Genesis characters via DSON but the G# characters and clothing were not built for efficient use inside Poser. I recently exported a G3 clothing item from DazStudio to OBJ and loaded it into Lightwave. Over 500,000 polygons! No wonder Poser creeps to a crawl trying to pose stuff like that.
Thread: How Reliable do you find DSON Import of G2F in Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I've managed to get 4 G2F figures into Poser only by working on them individually and loading them already posed and clothed. It took quite a dance of hiding the other figures or working in wireframe mode to get them positioned. Posing using dials is very frustrating as others have mentioned.

My biggest complaint with Poser is importing created content. I spent weeks getting an octangonal tower prop into Poser. The process is tedious and time consuming. The OBJ importer would implode. I couldn't find much documentation on the subject and after trial and error figured it out.
I second the suggestion to upgrade the OBJ importer and agree with Blackhearted about clothing. I have extreme respsect for the clothing artists who spent weeks preparing clothing for Poser.
