Someone humor an old man; what is a "QUAD" as pertains to current mesh modeling? Clearly it isn't a polygon.

My understanding of "QUAD" is a Quadruped - or four legged (animal) mesh/model. Not sure if that answered your question or not - best of luck!

HEY PEOPLE, I want to 'revert' Poser Pro 11 to SR2. How do we do this?

Please let us know when you figure out how to revert back to PP 11 SR2. I have not even been able to get Poser 11 to boot/open ever since the 11.0.3.32055 Update. I HAVE REINSTALLED IT SEVERAL TIMES - even with changing the "existing preference files" as one blog suggested - with no luck! and yes, I have managed all the firewall and virus protection setting accordingly - still no luck! I even attempted to revert my PC back to 2 weeks before the update - but then it stopped half way through the revert-refresh process and then no longer had a record/image of any earlier revert files before the very moment that I had installed the PP-11.0.3.32055 Update...as if this 11.0.3.32055 update has hijacked my PC! I have adored using Poser up until now & believed it was well worth the price tag, but I'm now beginning to understand why so many Poser users are switching over to DAZ and just buying all the add-on tools to make it as usable as Poser...it's simple really - DAZ DOESN'T CRASH!!!

what exactly do you mean by "pointed VUE to...Poser"? & how is this done? i'm desperate for a solution at this point!

NOPE! i have VUE xStream 12 & there is still no SDK for Poser Pro 2014. i'm trying to complete an Animation Dergree in college & this has slammed my breaks on for me. after the thousands of dollars i've spent on VUE, to upgrade from VUE 9 to 12/2014 Pro, & suddenly not be able to use my Poser files - i mean WTF is up with that?!!! here i am needing to complete my final animation project to graduate & NOPE! all the money i've dished out to help me accomplish this on a professional level & no Poser support! very unprofessional in my opinion...
