Update: My preview screen is finally working. I checked the box for "perform a clean installation" for the latest game ready driver version 546.17 and it fixed my preview screen. Something must have been corrupted on my system. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Thanks everyone. I've decided to not invest any more time on this. All of my other 3d programs and older poser versions work correctly so I will just live without p13.

I switched to four ports, none of the views work. Which specific setting for preview should I check?Have you tried setting the camera location to 0,0,0? Sounds like it's outside the viewing area.Â

yes, I tried all of the cameras... same results. I know the main camera is not inside the body since it renders in the correct place.Absolutely out of curiosity: have you tried switching to a different camera? Sometimes default gets stuck inside bodies.

I updated to the latest driver to see if it would fix it. I tried both the studio driver and the game ready driver.

Finally working after much grief. I edited my poserpystartup.py according to HartyBarts instructions. I also added the XL library to the ...startup.py. The XL library appeared slightly before the main poser window opened, but I still couldn't see the XA menu. I discovered the problem was that it was opening under my windows start menu bar that I have on the top of the screen. When I dragged my windows start menu bar to the side, it revealed the tiny XA icon on the very top of the screen. Thanks again for the help. Best Regards, Doug

Thanks for the reply HartyBart. I will give the script a try when I get a chance. I'm still kind of doubtful since I was already using the avfix script.

The patch isn't working for me either. I double click and nothing happens. Running XP pro with administrator privilages. I tried it on both my laptop and desktop with the same results. When I view the properties of the file, it shows 47.2 mb or 49,569,302 'size' and 'size on disk' as 49,569,792. Doug
