Perhaps you could help me too - according to content paradise e-mail the horned owl is free to P6/P7 owners, but when I add it to the cart,even after chosing p6 owner under options,it claims it costs 3.99.(Cant access support page)

I then attempted to add a support Ticket by clicking on the "add Support Ticket" button, but whenever I do, I get a "Internet Explorer Cannot Display this Webpage" message, together with a blank frame.

I can't post to the "Customer Service" forums because I'm not a Passport member!

Is there ANY way people can contact Content Paradise about this problem on their site?  I really want to purchase the product before the sale ends!
