Thread: convert from *.max format | Forum: Bryce
What exactly are you trying to do , is it a max scene that youre trying to convert to 3ds ? Please explain further :o) I find 3d exploration does all my modelling needs , from game models to 3ds , it does it all ! And i know there is a free trial of G-max but i think that more game orientated , maybe worth a try though ? Good luck ESP
Thread: texturing a poser model in bryce? | Forum: Bryce
To texture a poser model i find the easiest way is to choose a model eg "P4 nude male" then go into your poser directory ie c/programfiles/metacreations/poser4/runtime/textures then open up P4 nude male tiff. in photoshop , now edit inside the already textured parts and save (tiff), simple really , and after you have done this , you can export it as wavefront.obj into bryce , then when it asks where text. file is just point it to where its saved in textures ;o)
Good luck and happy texturing

Really , sorry i didnt think that was HIGHLY ILLEGAL i guess i cant help you then sorry !
Thread: Needed: human figures for B3D...?? | Forum: Bryce
Or alternatively you could download a program called 3d explorer (at www.download.com i think) this program can open any model file then you can save it as obj. file yourself , and goto the free section on this site and download any model you fancy :o)

Thread: Needed: human figures for B3D...?? | Forum: Bryce
Anyone with poser could export a poser figure as wavefront obj. (which is compatible with bryce (you just have to import it) but you wouldnt be able to pose it yourself , itll be like a statue if you know what i mean ? If you want i could send you a figure in a fixed pose ? But im not that good with poser so it would have to be either plain clothed or naked ? Tell me what youd like and ill see what i can do :o) [E.S.P]
Thread: Camera positions in bryce 5 | Forum: Bryce
