ps how do u create the weapons is it in lightwave/3d studio max or something?

my god i was impressed with the weapons now ive seen these shots im even more impressed and im definatley wanting the files if you give em away. how long have u been using poser? and is there any websites u could recommend a total beginer like myself? thanks for your time jase
