Yes I have try out splat and after using Splat I need some plug in for use PSP tubes because it is not support Pst tubes After change file extention Not as fill and nither as frame .RFR.... :{ therefore i am searching somthing else... and vkirchner i have search out the forum but ufortunately i could not find any plugin "Chnge to PNG" is very good option but not solution of my problem.....

Hi, I think it is possible by selecting the area which you want to colorize simplly go to image menu choose adjestment then in the last you will see the "Variation" try this option for colorize your image.... OR you can also choose the option of "hue situration" from adjestment or simply Ctrl+U... but I prefer to choose "Variation" it is more effective. I think it would be help full
