Baker is helpfull with Anything Grooves objects, create the object and apply an Anything Grooves deformer with the bump that you would like, then try baking it into a normal map.

If you mixed Shoestring shaders iridescent with spot and fake fresnel you could have mutli-spectral colored sparkles.

It was an HDRI map of a city, containing everything from the sky to the road. I cranked up the intensity I don't remember to what but it was high.

On the right-hand side of your screen, there are a few circle icons, the top one has an arrow pointing up, if you click on that it will take you to those properties. I can't post a screen now but I will a little later.

Try going into your display properties and setting the lighting mode to actual. It will give you a rough representation of what is happening.

alkart2003, I wish I knew of some tutorials like that for Carrara. I've needed similar things like that for presentations and videos that I do. In the end, I've just had to do trial and error to achieve the look I require in the time alloted. Now I don't claim to be the athuority on Carrara, but if you need some help and have some photographic refrences to send me I'll see what I can do. I wish I had more info to give. I like the atmosphere and the depth of field. The shading needs a little work, but other than that I think it looks great.
