For some reason in Studio these shoes have a default pose applied to them so when they are fit to V4, the pose makes them do what you see. The solution is to select the shoe and zero the pose. That should fix it.

I was having a similar problem for some shoes and found that I had to conform the shoes (they would be all bent up) and then select them and select "Zero Pose". They would then unbend and be on the feet properly. Don't know why they were screwy like that. Maybe this is the same thing your seeing.
