Thanks for the response and no worries about the misread. This is the response I got from the ticket I opened to support:
"The Key you indicated is Poser Pro 2014, not Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev or Poser 11. If you do not have Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev or Poser 11, you will need to purchase Poser 11, the new 11.2"
I really did not want to change or purchase anything, just to continue using the software I bought.

Interesting also that if Poser 11.2 had a 21 day trial and I downloaded it only on Saturday that seems far short of 21 days.

When my Poser Pro 2014 quit working this past Saturday (I had no idea who owned it at the time, I assumed Smith Micro), I clicked on the contact support button. There was an option to send an email to support so I did. I noticed that support was Renderosity and since I have an account here I started looking at the forums after firing off the note. Right away I saw a forum thread: Has your Poser stopped working? License Issues? Can't start Poser?
It was created on October 5th and says there is a required update to Poser 11.2 fpr Poser 2014 users. I don't know what gamedev but I do have Poser Pro 2014 and the forum thread looked like a dead ringer for my problem.

I'm also in the ditch. I've had Poser Pro 2014 for many years and it worked great until Oct 5th, 2019 when it would no longer start due to the license key - what the hell? I saw that I needed to download Poser 11 which I did (using my Poser Pro 2014 serial number) and was back in business until today. Now Poser 11 won't come up, wanting me to purchase it? It states that my Poser Pro 2014 serial number is invalid. It is not invalid, I still have the original purchase notes from Smith Micro. Am I forced to purchase the new release? How do I remedy the problem?

How does Poser 11 compare to Poser Pro 2014? I have the latter and have been quite happy with it, but am also looking for improvements. Is Poser 11 an upgrade over Poser Pro 2014, or is the latter a more deluxe version of the software? Thanks!

Well you can add me to the growing list as well.. My card was hacked just this Tuesday the 24th-25th. And I have the same list of shopping places as well,Rendo, Daz, RDNA, and Amazon.
I've caught two charges so far that seem to have made it through. One was a calling card service and another for airfare. So I have a claim to dispute them. But again, I now have to wait the 10 full business days for my new card to arrive.. This is the second time i have had this happen not even in a 6 month span. It's very disheartening. I keep checking my computer for any spyware, but I am getting nothing.

Count me is as hacked twice too. I did a purchase here on Feb 23rd and again on March 3 with a new replacement card. Both were hacked. At that time I had no idea
the origin of the problem. To be honest, I'm quite hesitant to purchase another product here after all that stress. I like renderosity a lot but that was a huge headache for me.
