Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's input and to let everyone know I have fixed my problem. The main problem was my figure wasn't in the default pose position when I exported obj (without the save as morph target option checked.) after that I imported the obj back into poser with no boxes checked but normals consistent (as jaager said) then I exported obj file again but this time as morph target. Now my obj file can be touched up in zbrush(or what ever 3d program you have) and loaded as a morph back in poser. The Advantage of using this methods is since you are working with an already morphed obj (and not the standard p4 head) you see exactly how your morph will apply to your figure. Special thanks Jaager, AprilYSH, ScottA you all were very helpful

Thanks but that is excatly what I been doing. but when I load it as a morph target and move the dials the face doesn't change shape.

I would Like to see a script that puts a sequenced image files (movies) as a texture. I think it would be quite easy to do.Each frame would have to have a different texture map applied to it. this would save me lots of time.right now I have to load a texture map render scene then go the next frame-load the next sequenced image file, render again and again. When you do this for 1000 frames it quite tiring.
ofcourse if it is possible to have an avi as a texture it would be even cooler.
