I'm surprised that nobody mentioned the textures from Morris. Katie, Lori and Sierra Sage are all great. I also like the Silent Smile texture by Compossmentiss. Could not get along without Vicky. And I second the thumbs up for everything from As Shanim. It's sort of like a thankyou speech at the Oscars ... I could go on but the music is starting and that's my cue to say goodnight. - D

Hi, From my limited experience ... and what I've read on the E-On forums ... Vue 5i seems to have a problem with large texture maps. Try reducing the textures to 1000 pixels in the largest dimension. I know this is a pain, because it means saving a new, lo-res version of all of your Poser textures and then reapplying them, but it will reduce the file sizes and make Vue much happier. Also try using one of the morph management tools to get rid of morphs you are not using. There are good tutorials at daz3d.com about morph management. I doubt it is the polygon count of the models. Hi Stefanino, I've also read in other forums that Vue can have problems with large textures. Try making a lo-res (under 1000 pixels largest dimension) version of your textures. - Dave

What if you created a single morph for the head from all of your morph settings (export obj., etc) and add the new morph to a copy of Vicky that does not have other morphs loaded. Seems as if it would work.

Hey Mike, I also recently purchased Vue 4 for Mac OSX and I've had my share of crashes. Not as often as you seem to ... but some instances are repeatable. I don't have any answers for you. Have you been in touch with E-On? There U.S. contact is Lynn Fredricks, nice guy, and he does post to this forum. Hopefully the 4.2 update will be ready soon, hopefully it will address some of the bugs. - Dave
