The only way that has been posted on the boards so far to get rid ot this problem is to do a reinstall of Mac Tiger and SR1 again. There was a discussion over on RuntimeDNA. The only problem is that if you do a service release for Poser or have to reinstall Poser again then you are back to the same problem. I did this and it worked and the file dialog problem disappeared but now I seem to be having a problem with cameras. Don't know if it is caused by this or not.

I have had the same problem with the file dialog being hidden behind the Poser window. One possible work around is to minimize poser using the middle button on the upper left. This will expose the file dialog and allow you to use it. Then just maximize Poser again. This is the only way I have found around the problem and this does not work if you are searching for texture files in the material room. Hope this helps.

I also got this book and it is simply the most helpful information I have seen on creating textures in Photoshop or any graphic software. It's not just for monsters ! The procedures would be the same. If you want to create your own textures, you need this book. Very will done and really cheap considering the price of books these days.

Art ?, When I get something even slightly good looking out of Poser I consider it a miracle !! But. I agree with the post above, when I can see what you intend for me to see, that is succesful " art ".

I have this (Vol 3) and think it's the greatest thing since Chocolate ice cream. Saves a ton of time. It can also come up with some totally unexpected poses that you would never in a million years come up with on your own. Instead of saying "Let your posing catch up with your imagination" it should be "Let your imagination catch up with your posing". Forget the preview, buy the set. It's worth it !!

Mehndi, your Elf is terrific. I purchased him today but I had to do something different with him. I uploaded my render to the gallery under the name "Archer at home" Hope you don't mind. The character was just too attractive as a human to pass up. There is so little male figures that don't look like escapees from the gym. This is my first real poser render and first upload. Your character got me moving. Keep up the good work.
